The New Moon in the middle of the month may bring more drama than we need, followed closely by the Sun transitioning out of Gemini and into Cancer. Most of the month we will have the Gemini Sun though. At the end of the month we get a Mercury retrograde and Jupiter changing signs. That always casts things into a different light, hopefully brighter and lighter. There’s only one way to find out. Here we go….
Mon June 01 the Moon is in Sagittarius through the afternoon. It’s the day after a blue Moon. It’s a bright lunar kind of month all month long. At 4:56 am Mercury changes signs, leaving his diurnal home Gemini and entering Cancer. Mercury is now a guest in the Moon’s house, moving in during a Monday which is the day ruled by the Moon. Think good thoughts all month long. The Moon enters Capricorn at 6:19 pm. That’s not a bad thing for people who work best late in the day.
Tue June 02 the Moon is in Capricorn all day long. At 3:49 pm the Sun sextiles Saturn. Be diligent and serious in your work. Do your best. Your work will stand on its own.
Wed June 03 the Moon is still in Capricorn all day long. Work away! At 5:18 pm Mercury squares Neptune. Be pragmatic and let the idle fantasies come and go.
Thu June 04 the Moon is in Aquarius from 6:46 am on. At 5:22 pm the Moon conjoins Pluto retro. If feeling anxious, know that you’re not alone. This too shall pass.
Mon June 08 the Moon is in Pisces all day. At 4:05 pm the Moon trines Venus. Beauty in any form can be a comfort. Put more beauty into your work, At 5:38 pm the Moon trines Jupiter and then goes void of course. Lots more beauty. Some of it will last.
Tue June 09 the Moon is in Aries all day. At 9:05 am the Moon conjoins Neptune. Get inspired, maybe in a strange new way. Be brave. At 12:59 pm Venus conjoins Jupiter. Life is trying to be generous to you. Pour it into your work. At 10:39 pm Mercury squares Saturn. Nothing is holding you back. If you think something is, turn it over and make it an opportunity for something else.
Wed June 10 the Moon is still in Aries all day. At 12:19 am the Moon conjoins Saturn. Nothing is going to distract you or knock you off your game today.
Fri June 12 the Moon is in Taurus all day long. At 11:37 am the Moon conjoins Mars. Heads Up. It might be a busy day that propels us into a busy full weekend. Stay focused as well as animated. You know what you want to get done.
Sat June 13 the Moon is void of course in Taurus when at 3:47 am Venus changes signs, leaving Cancer and entering spunky Leo. Personal aesthetics and social life shifts into high gear. Glitz and the gambling spirit pick up speed. The Moon moves out of Taurus and enters Gemini at 6:06 am. Heads Up. Make the most of every minute from now until Monday morning. The Sun is in Gemini now, too, remember. Be your strongest and best mercurial self and see what happens. At 10:31 am the Moon conjoins Uranus. Heads UP. Spontaneous madness may not only be on the rise but it may peak. It’s also the day before the New Moon, often the riskiest day of the month. Heads UP to safeguard everything and everyone most important to you.
Sun June 14 at 7:54 pm we have the New Moon at 23 Gem. This might be the most mentally scrambled new moon of the year. Or the most frantic and energetic. Heads up. Be prepared for any and everything this lunar month. You may as well do your part, too. The Moon then goes void of course.
Mon June 15 the Moon leaves Gemini and enters Cancer at 5:14 am. If you want to sleep in after whatever excitement there was yesterday, do it. Spend more time getting caught up on things at home. Finish that interrupted chapter. At 3:53 pm Venus sextiles Uranus. You can always dress something up, but sometimes it’s better to dress things down a bit. Try both and see what fits.
Tue June 16 the Moon is in Cancer all day. At 1:12 pm the Moon conjoins Mercury. Mercury is only getting stronger, as he is slowing down in preparation for going retrograde at the end of the month. Steady as we go. At 8:41 pm Venus trines Neptune. Luxuriate in your favorite project.
Wed June 17 the Moon conjoins Jupiter in Cancer then goes void of course. Make it a lucky, upbeat day. Work on it. The Moon enters Leo at 5:05 am. At 1:28 pm the Moon conjoins Venus. If the afternoon lunch gets expanded, maybe it can double as networking. At 1:38 pm Venus opposes Pluto retro. Whatever happens next, it should not be boring.
Sat June 20 the Moon is Virgo all day long. This is also the last day that the Sun is in high-stepping Gemini. Tomorrow things may seem less frisky but every bit as much involved and engaged. Heads Up.
Sun June 21 with the Moon still in Virgo, the Sun changes signs, leaves Gemini and enters home and family-loving Cancer. Heads Up. It’s the Summer Solstice in the northern hemisphere, Winter Solstice in the southern hemisphere. Today the Sun is as far north in the sky as it can be. For a glimpse of the next three months, cast an ingress chart. At 1:55 pm the Moon leaves Virgo and enters Libra. The weekend concludes on a pleasant note. You might even squeeze in a bit more work
Wed June 24 the Moon is in Scorpio all day. I guess we have to be serious now. Dive deep into something important and see what’s near the bottom of it all.
Thu June 25 the Moon is in Scorpio all day long. At 5:02 am Venus trines Saturn. Some older, more traditional idea may be just what is needed. At 3:38 pm the Sun squares Neptune. Struggle and win out over some unproductive habit or approach. It can still satisfy some aspiration.
Sat June 27 the Moon is in Sagittarius all day long. At 9:50 pm Mars sextiles Jupiter. Use the day to light up something big and bountiful. Feel good about it. Jupiter is the ruler Sagittarius, after all.
Sun June 28 the Moon is still in Sagittarius all day. At 12:29 pm with the Moon void of course, Mars leaves trudging Taurus and enters road-runner Gemini. Heads Up for a spirited time. Get a lot done. It’s also the day before Mercury begins his next retrograde period. Be smart about it, though. Do you know where your keys, phone and ear pods are? Heads Up.
Mon June 29 the Moon is in Capricorn when Mercury goes stationary retrograde at 10:36 am. Heads Up. You know how it can go. Buckle down and take things easy. Be patient. Easy stuff to say, I know. At 4:57 pm we have the Full Moon at 8 Cap. It’s a lunar month to go for accomplishments rather than stellar planning. Heads Up. At 10:52 pm Jupiter changes signs, leaves dedicated Cancer and enters glorious Leo. Heads Up for a year of grand progress and probably also some grandstanding.
Mercury seems to have the upper hand for most of this month, and that does not mean it will be all clever, capable, and smart. Some of it will probably verge on madness. We can handle that, though, if we just keep cool and don’t overreact when a bunch of random buttons get pushed.
We’ve seen crazy before. Heck, it’s hard to create without a touch of madness. It does not have to knock us out of our lane. Keep the hands up and shoulders down. Be strong and connected and persistent. We’ve got this. Heads Up!
